What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via iPay88 (payment gateway), Bank Transfer and Cash Deposit.
Is my payment information secure?
All your information with us is private and confidential. We may use your contact details to keep you informed of our latest offerings.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund will be only be given in term of coupon credit, can only be used once, and must be redeemed within 3 months from the date issued.

How to log into my account?
Register your account by creating your username and password. Log into your account and place order 😉
How do I place an order
Simply follow these steps:
i. Login to website
ii. Shop by browsing through any of our products and view more details on each product page.
iii. Add your chosen items to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
iv. Review the items you have selected by clicking on the ‘VIEW CART. To delete an item from your shopping cart, click on the ‘-‘ button/remove next to the item.
v. To finalize your purchases, click ‘CHECKOUT’ and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Can I cancel my order
– Unfortunately, if you had already made the payment, the order is unable to be cancelled.

– Your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not completed within 48 hours.

– If your order is cancelled due to no payment notification done in time limit, refund would only be done as cash coupon, no cash refund is allowed.

How I know whether my order is successful?
– After the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once the details and payment have been verified, your order will be accepted, and our team will process with your order. You will receive a further email notification once your order is dispatched.

– We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.

– Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number.

We provide worldwide shipping using GDEX/ SF Express shipping fees are charged according to receiver country. Please contact our customer service on FB or IG for shipping your parcel overseas.
