1. Can I make an exchange if the size doesn’t fit me (item with sizes)?
All items sold are strictly not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Can I make an exchange if the size doesn’t fit me (free size item)?
No. Strictly no exchange or refund is allowed.
3. Can I make an exchange if the item has a defect?
What is considered as defect?
i)For lace items, loose threads due to the nature of the lace and for this reason is not considered as defect.
ii)Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
iii)There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
iv)Items with small dots/ small stain which are washable is not considered as a defect. This may due to the effect during the manufacturing process.
How do I return? 怎么退换?
Option 1: We will bear the tailor fee for u to alter by yourself (receipt to be provided capped at RM12).
Option 2: Return and we will exchange a new piece for you, if still available.
* Exchange can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition( tag intact, unworn, unwashed or unaltered,completely free of frangrance).

1. Return must be done within 7 working days upon receiving your order.
2. Strictly Not Exchangable/ Refundable
3. Return must be done with tag attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered,completely free of frangrance and in its original conditions.
4. TLC reserves the right to reject for return if it doesn’t meet all the conditions mentioned above.
5. Refund will be only be given in term of coupon credit, can only be used once, and must be redeemed within 3 months from the date issued.
6. Customers will bear their own shipping fees for returning and re-sending the parcel back to them (which means no free shipping even above RM180).
7. No return is allowed if the item you bought is paid using a coupon credit.
